Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Sandstone Image is pleased to offer quality products shipped right to your doorstep.

The average processing time is 7-12 business days once you place an order and the average delivery time will be as follows:

North America: 3 - 5 Business Days
Global: 5 - 14 Business Days
Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 22 Business Days

*Due to ongoing rotating postal strikes in Canada and UK Royal Mail, there will be potential delivery delays of 1-3 business days for all US and international parcels.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Our cosmetics and some skincare products are manufactured and shipped from Canada. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the end destination of the package. Typically, there are no taxes applied to Canada or US-destined packages, however EU-destined packages may incur VAT. Customs are to be paid by the customer.

Damages

Sandstone Image is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier using your tracking number or our support team directly at info@sandstoneimage.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
