Will we be spending time in
Zion National Park?
Due to our retreat schedule packed full of goodness, we will not be spending time within the park as part of the agenda.
You may spend time on your own in the park prior to the beginning of the retreat or the day following the retreat.
Do I Need to Bring Anything?
We recommend bringing a water bottle.
We will provide a notebook and a pen.
During the sound bath, you will want to be comfortable as we lie on the floor. We recommend a yoga mat, and perhaps a blanket and pillow.
We may also be doing a visualization where we lie on the floor. The above recommended items will help you be more comfortable with both experiences. We want you to get the most out of them!
And PLEASE don't stress about what to wear. This is an event for you to feel comfortable and confident!
